A21 – MODULAR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS CIRCUITS TRAINER
All the modules can be used both as panel type or bench type equipment, and therefore are suitable for both teacher demonstration and for student use.
The main advantages of the trainer are: possibility for the student to concentrate on the circuit study, by reducing the wiring and mounting time. longer components life is obtained. all components symbols can be immediately referred with the real components.
General Common Characteristics:
List of modules
The trainer includes a comprehensive series of the typical components used in residential circuits and industrial controls applications.
All modules are autonomous and fully compatibles. All the proposed circuits are typical circuits specially suitable for training. All modules are in metal housing, with a clear synoptic and with 4 mm. safety terminals according to IEC standards for safety, to avoid any accidental contact.
The various modules (listed below) may or may not be equipped in the trainer as required by the course or by the user need. They may even be provided at a later date, as different teaching requirements arise. Some modules may be included in the same case. Unless otherwise specified the modules are for Low Voltage (<50V) use.
The terminals provided allow the possibility, where applicable, to make different combinations on circuit connections. A table top vertical frame is optionally provided for easy placing of the various panels. The frame is suitable to support the panels in both vertical and inclined position, for better student operation, and can be placed over any bench. Panels can be fixed and dismantled in a fast way, without using any tool. All the component symbols according to IEC standards are displayed in suitable position. The series is supplied with an educational manual showing the interconnections and the experiments. Possibility to work both at low voltage (<50V) and locally available mains voltage. In case of use of mains voltage, the protection against contacts must be included with the trainer.

A21A21-M000 - BASIC INSTALLATIONS TRAINING MODULES The training set consists of a series of comprehensive and integrated modules designed to be the building blocks of a large variety of electrical installations. Each module contains one logic function, such as transformer, protection, fuse holder, rectifier bridge, switch, analogue and digital voltmeter and ammeter, variable transformer, safety cords and so on. The modules of this series are auxiliary to the modules of A21-M100, A21-M200 and A21-M300 and all of them can be easily connected to implement the desired circuits. The connections are performed by means of 4mm safety connectors and cables. The electrical components are represented on top of the modules with clear silk prints that show the internal electrical details so

that the students are always dealing with the logic of their projects rather than the construction details of the components they are putting together. However, if so desired, the construction details of the components can also be observed by easily accessing the inside of the modules (they can be opened by removing few screws). Some components are mounted on top of the modules and are therefore immediately visible. Owing to their modularity and integration capabilities, additional modules can be ordered at any time to expand the flexibility of the system and the range of the circuits that can be implemented. The modules can be mounted on a metal frame to facilitate the students activities and the instructors practical lessons.

A21A21-M500 – MOTOR VEHICLE ELECTRICITY AND ELECTRONICS
Some modules of A21-M500 trainer The trainer deals with the wide range of electric and electronic applications in modern motor vehicles. The aim is to provide a handy means to let the student examine the various electric vehicle components and to train in the practical setting up, testing and trouble shooting automotive electric circuit sections .
The trainer consists of a collection of modules of rugged construction. For an orderly approach the modules are organized in a BASIC KIT, which includes classic items whose adoption is recommended in all cases and a series of EXPANSION KITS, to best fulfill all teaching requirements:
