1 Pneutrainer – 200 Educational and technological innovation at the service of training in pneumatics and electropneumatics has created the PNEUTRAINER 200 – system. 6 standard compositions have been defined to cover the demand for training at the various levels. However, the system`s modularity and flexibility allow to adapt to the specifications and requirements of each customer. The

Pneutrainer – 200 Components

All components used are high quality, developed and manufactured by SMC and used extensively all over the world.

The components are mounted on a stainless steel support plate 4 mm thick.

The system used for attachment to the mounting panel is a specific design based on POM material, a state-of-theart lubricating polymer which can withstand deformations, wear and ageing.

If standard options are supplied, a storage system is included in EUROBOXES with thermoformed trays for easy identification and storage using minimum space.

2 DS3synergy – das mobile System A new concept A light, mobile unit becomes an individual workplace by adding topical containers (e.g. pneumatic devices, HY- or PN- assemblies or electric components. The advantage is that DS3synergyworkplaces and components can be used multifunctionally. Do-it-yourself construction – save money! The DS3synergy workplace system is delivered as a modular unit in four easy-to-handle prefabricated assemblies..This leads to minimized costs for packaging and freight – and the environmental pollution associated with it! Construction is quick and easy with the enclosed tool. Expandable There is a whole line of accessories for expansion. The DS3synergy-System is completely compatible with Bosch Automation Technology`s components for Construction Technology from the MGE- and MAS- lines. That makes the electrical installation system, for example, and many other accessories available.

Device Carriers

The DS3synergy Device Carrier is based on a light, mobile self-assembly laboratory table. This can be supplemented by e.g. mobile theme containers, snap-in-assemblies and smart accessories. A work station to suite every theme! High quality materials (anodised aluminium profiles combined with powder coated sheet steel) and the ten-year availibility guarantee provide the security of a long operational life.

Work Tables

DS3synergy-LT consists of a basic aluminium support frame and a vertically fitted grooved panle (8 mm groove) for use on both sides. The basic support frame consists of three components: -

The BOSCH aluminium profile side parts 45x45L 10 mm groove. Four lockable rollers ensure mobility and stability. a perforated plate, which can also be used as intermediate storage for components with snap-in fixture and the two tubs used to store +C180 are supplied together with the fixing components at the time of delivery.
