The romantic Italian – Pasqua 'Romeo and Juliet' Rosé Prosecco Millesimato 2020, Veneto, Italy. Price: £12 Pasqua is an excellent Italian family wine producer. Unlike most sweet supermarket prosecco, this one is produced in a dry style. Resulting in elegant, velvety smooth bubbles. Prosecco is normally made with 100% Glera grapes, but with this wine the producers have added a portion of pinot noir, creating a fresh and lively wine with lush raspberry notes.
