Did you know that when you become friends with Jesus he gives you a new identity? You’re a member of God’s Kingdom and with the help of the Holy Spirit, you now have the power to follow Jesus’ way of living.

I Am… God’s Workmanship

n Ephesians 2:10, we’re described as being God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works. You have been skilfully and carefully created by God. Through Jesus, God offers the gift of a new way of life. Everyone who receives this gift is able to do good works.

Good works are anything you do that expresses your love for Jesus and shows your appreciation for his gift of forgiveness. They’re acts of kindness that show others how wonderful God is and how much he loves them too. The more you allow God’s light to shine through you, the more others will see you as God’s awesome creation.

Every day this week, tell yourself ‘I am God’s workmanship’. This will help God’s truth stay in your heart. Use the chart below to help remind you and tick each day once you’re done.
