Editor-in-Chief, The Critic, Award Winning student operated weekly newspaper (August 2012-May 2013). Managing editor (August 2011- May 2012). Staff member (August 2010- May 2011). -The newspaper won two Society of Professional Journalist Mark of Excellence Awards while I was editor for In-depth Reporting and Feature Photography. -Boosted social media presence with Facebook likes going from under 300 to 500 and going from a practically non-existent Twitter presence to having over 200 followers. -Worked with editorial staff to organize advertising drive, personally raised almost $2,000 dollars in one day. -Worked with the photo editor, layout editor, web editor, news editor, entertainment editor, and sports editors to make sure deadlines were met. Founding editor of MESH, the college's literary review, which publishes twice a year. (2011/2012). Layout editor (August 2012 to May 2013). -Involved in all aspects of publication from advertising to submission review to layout to sales.
