Having sufficient water have advantages like prevent constipation, avoid labor pain, etc. Avoid mixing water with other supplement. 6. Quit smoking: Once you are pregnant, quit smoking as such it would directly harm baby in the womb. Smoking during pregnancy increase risk of Miscarriage, abnormal baby, premature delivery, low weight baby and many more. If you are not smoking then stay away from smokers. 7. Support System: During pregnancy usually women’s go through changes like depression, physical and mental changes. You need people who can be with you when needed. Decrease intake of caffeine: Regular and more intake of coffee can sometimes leads to miscarriage. It can increase blood pressure and heart beat rate. It has bad impacts on growing fetus. 10. Wear Comfortable Shoes: Wear comfortable, non-restricting shoes and put your feet up several times a day to prevent fatigue and swelling of the feet, legs, and ankles. During pregnancy usually women’s weight increases, which effect their feet by creating over burden, as a result it start paining.
