Positive thinking will lead to positive and cheerful day. Though there are many ups and downs in life, be positive and start your day. 2) Have a Cup of Coffee. Research have found that coffee boost your mind and help in releasing mental stress, but only a cup not more. If not coffee then have your choice energetic drink. 3) Laugh a little. Laughter is best way to ease anxiety. Also its boost your mental health and immune system. Spare time to laugh. 4) Reminisce memories. Remembering old memories will always cheer you up. It will boot your internal joy. 5) Exercise a bit. Use staircase instead of elevator. Exercise can increase flow of blood to brain, stimulates “feel good” hormones and reduce stress. 6) Plan for small trip/vacation. When you have something good to do forward, it will boost your mental health. Book a trip and enjoy it.
