Its right choice to have fruits during snacks or in afternoon after having a meal. Try to consume food which can give fulfil your protein, and vitamins supplements and boost your day.  Coffee is not always a right choice, no doubt it’s will refresh your mind, but excess of coffee a day can cause diarrhea as such it includes caffeine which speed up digestive system.  Try to heal common aches at home itself. For heartburn- consume tablets before having meal which will lower down the inflammation. For back pain- give some time to rest your back as well, spare your time from schedule and be healthy.  Eat less salt- You might be healthy but women’s after age of 45 suffers from blood pressure because of sodium. This opens up your chest, increasing blood supply to your lungs and hear.  Reduce risk of skin cancer. Do a skin checkup once in two months. Protect your skin from sun rays, apply sun screen lotion while going out. Cover your head with heat, neck with scarf while travelling.  Drink purer water. Firstly check the quality of water you are drinking. If you are consuming municipality’s water, do check their purity. If you have good quality of water, a simple filter can make it more pure. Change filter once in year.
