Eating a healthy, high fiber diet and drinking lots of water can also help avoid constipation which can reduce period pain.  Know your family history: One should know family history as such it will help to know risk for future illness. Some disease are genetic or hereditary like cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.  Move little: Every women should spare some time to do exercise which they can do. Early morning yoga is best way to reduce stress and keep mind fresh throughout a day, also decrease pelvic pain.
