Don’t let hunger discourage your for not following diet  Usually when people are hungry they skip their diet plan and eat junk foods.  Cold water don’t stay in tummy for longer time, where else hot water survive for longer time which can fulfil your thirst of hunger.  Make it as every day habit to drink at-least 12/10 glass a day which is useful in reducing weight.

Have food which contain FIBRE  Fibre is heart hero, helps to lower blood pressure, control cholesterol, also in reducing weight.  As dietician say “Fibre makes you full, because it swells in your stomach when it absorbs liquid."

Make a habit of walking at-least 40 minutes a day. 

Have hot drink after dinner  Many of us are getting hungry after hour or twice of dinner.


 Have a cup of hot tea or coffee after dinner in order to satisfy your late night food cravings.  Avoid eating late night as such it may cause indigestion and lead to gastric problems.
