Bring life back by donating blood #World Thalassemia day.

World Thalassemia day is celebrated on 8th May of every year. The main motto behind this is to raise awareness among people regarding how important is blood donation for Thalassemia patients. Basically our body make three type of cell- RBC (red blood cell), WBC (white blood cell) and platelets. Where RBC contains hemoglobin and are rich in protein, which carries oxygen from your lungs to all other parts of body. Thalassemia Thalassemia is an inherited blood disorder in which body makes an abnormal form of “hemoglobin”. Hemoglobin is protein molecule in red blood cells which carries oxygen. This result in decrease count of red blood cell in body, which leads to “Anemia”. Anemia is condition in which body does not have normal amount of red blood cell. Why we celebrate?
