Whenever you think about losing weight, eating doesn’t come to your mind but the right kind of food can help you to reduce your extra calories. DARK CHOCOLATE  Losing weight requires that you consume fewer calories than you burn each day.  It is easy to sabotage your diet when you crave sweets, salty snacks, and fatty foods.  Dark chocolate can satisfy these cravings nutritiously.  A growing number of studies show that dark chocolate can give you an extra boost toward reaching your weight-loss goals.

LEMONS & ORANGES  Citrus fruits are full of vitamin C, water, Fiber and minerals.  Fresh lemons and ripe oranges may not fill like dieting but fiber leads to effective digestive system.  Lemons contain a compound called polyphenol that help in weight loss.  High fiber, high water foods fill your stomach and take time to digest COTTAGE CHEESE    
