HOW TO MANAGE HYPOTENSION?

Hypotension is commonly known as low blood pressure. It should not be taken lightly as extremely low pressure may cause the inadequate flow of blood towards the organs like brain, Heart and Kidney. Dizziness, blurry vision fatigue, nausea, depression, clammy skin and loss of consciousness are the symptoms of Hypotension.

Here are the remedies to treat low blood pressure: Salt Water Sodium in salt can increases the blood pressure and benefited in low blood pressure. Excess salt can be proven unhealthy. Add one-half teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and drink it. Coffee Drink a cup of coffee it can increase the blood pressure temporarily. Chew four to five fresh leaves daily alternatively extract the juice from leaves and mix a teaspoon of honey in to it and drink Exercise Regular exercise can be benefited for the health and also encourage and regulate healthy blood flow. A daily brisk walk of half an hour can be beneficial for mental and physical well-being. Beet root juice Drink a cup of beet root juice daily in the morning it is beneficial for both high and low blood pressure management. Water Low blood pressure can be resulted in dehydration so stay hydrated one can raise the blood pressure by increasing water intake. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water daily. 
