When we breathe through the mouth, the body gets less air compare to breathe through the nose lead to very chronic oxygen deficiency. Force your self to breathe through the nose.  Put down a note on desk or set a reminder on phone.  Sit up straight, keep mouth closed and press back neck a bit to breathe in deeply. Exercise  Yoga and cardio exercises include mouth breathing and improve breathing.  It will help in improving breathing through the nostrils.
