Prediabetes generally has no signs or symptoms. It is a condition in which blood glucose levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be considered as diabetes. It is a warning sign and can be prevented. Preventions To prevent prediabetes from processing to diabetes follow the given steps: Eat Well  Eating a balanced and healthy diet is what one can do to have a fit life. Try to avoid unhealthy food that increases fat. Also have limited amount of sweets Be more ACTIVE  The more you are active, the more sugar body uses for energy. This keeps the sugar building up into blood.  Try to do moderate exercise at-least 3 hours in week to make your body active and fit.  Since the body isn’t using insulin well when you have pre diabetes, a lower insulin resistance is a good thing. QUIT smoking
