SAY GOODBYE TO CRACKED FEET

Cracked feet are embarrassing as well as painful. They reflect our carelessness towards our feet. We keep on finding ways to hide it. Well here are some best home remedies to get the flawless feet again. Banana: Wash the heel with warm water and apply ripe banana mash on the cracks. Leave the mix there for about 15 to 30 minutes, and rinse off with lukewarm water Milk: You can prepare feet soaks by putting half-cup of milk, five tablespoons of oats and five tablespoons of coconut oil in a tub of warm water and dip your feet for 15 minutes. Honey: Apply it directly on the cracked heels or add two tablespoons of honey in warm water and soak your feet, rinse and wipe off after 15 minutes. Turmeric: Mix turmeric powder with coconut oil to make a thick paste. Apply this to your cracked feet. Leave it for 20-30 minutes. Wash off with warm water and a mild soap. Cooked rice water: Strain the water from cooked rice & take it in a foot basin, add baking soda into it and soak your feet for 15-20 minutes
