Ginger Tea  Add ginger to your morning cup of tea or put some in your favorite curry.  Ginger has thermogenic properties that can keep you warm plus keeps you away from diseases.  You can even add it to your favourite soup and reap the benefits.  It also relieves body aches, like the ones we get after an intense workout. Soups  Nothing works better than a hot bowl of soup on a cold winter day.  Soups are one of the best foods to keep the body warm during winters.
