Maintain your Blood Pressure. “High Blood pressure” is known as “silent killer” as such it comes without symptoms and which is very harmful for heart. Higher the blood pressure more are the risk. High blood pressure causes wear and tear of the delicate inner lining of your blood vessels. Heredity and increasing age raise the risks.
