Here are a few permanent damages it does to the body. Damage Blood Vessels  The chemicals in tobacco smoke can harm the blood cells and functioning of heart and the blood vessels. Heart Attack Risk  Nicotine raises blood pressure and heart rate, narrows the arteries and hardens their walls, and makes blood more likely to clot.  It stresses heart and sets you up for a heart attack or stroke. Affect short term memory  Smoking harms memory by reducing the amount of oxygen that gets to the brain.  Research supports that people who smoke find it more difficult to put faces with names than nonsmokers Creates Anxiety


 Many people claim that they smoke to get rid from the stress and problems of life however nicotine can cause excitement and intensify worries to make them seem bigger than they are which can lead to more anxiety. It can also cause depression. Destroys brain cells  Smoking blocks the carotid artery lead to cut off the blood supply to the brain causing brain cells to be damaged or die  Scientists have found that smoking can also stops the production of new brain cells All above stated are the miniature version of what smoking can do with the body and smoking can actually harm you in many other ways.
