Most of us are struggling hard to lose weight in that scenario it is unbelievable that some of the people are focusing on weight gain. Being overly thin is equally bad and unhealthy as being too fat. Food is the ultimate solution for weight gain .Rather than eating junk food focus on healthy foods to get essential nutrients. Eggs  Eggs are the perfect food and can be cooked in several ways.  Eggs contain enough protein to give you energy and they are a good way to start upping your calorie intake.  Eat omelet for breakfast, egg salad for lunch, and a rich quiche for dinner. Nuts  Nuts contain fat, nutrients, and plenty of fiber. Opt for almonds that have high levels of fat to keep you full for longer.  Sprinkle nuts on oatmeal or add them in salads for extra crunch. Peanut Butter  Peanut butter is high in protein. Spread salty peanut butter on bread. It gives approximately 192 calories.


Potato  First thing overweight people stay away from are carbohydrates, especially potatoes. So if you are trying to gain weight you should add potatoes to the meal.  Besides carbohydrates, potatoes have a good amount of vitamin C, protein, and fiber.  Eat with the skin to get all of the nutrition. Bananas  Bananas are tasty and have fiber, potassium and vitamins the average banana is a great food for putting on weight because it has about 100 calories.  Bananas have a lot of sugar so prefer it as post-workout snack also you don’t eat more than six in a single day.
