KEEP IT SIMPLE EXTERIOR GRAFT™ MS POLYMER SEALANT & ADHESIVE is a high-tech durable sealant and adhesive. With excellent sealing and adhesion on non-porous and damp surfaces, it is also paintable, odourless, neutral and free from isocyanates. This product lends itself to any task in any outdoor conditions. Working hard on a multitude of applications, it provides a solution for almost any substrate. It allows 25% movement and conforms to ISO 11600 F25 HM. It is also accredited with EC No. 1935/2004 for materials intended to come into contact with food.
GRAFT MS Polymer Sealant & Adhesive is suitable for weatherproofing joints around windows and doors, glazing systems, sealing joints around sanitary fixtures, joints and assemblies in coach building, gluing panels, skirting boards, windows, thresholds, mirrors and insulation materials. It will seal and bond glass, porcelain, coated metal, epoxy and polyester panels, polystyrene, uPVC, stainless steel, anodised aluminium and finished wood. It also has excellent anti pick qualities.

FR ACRYLIC GRAFT™ FR ACRYLIC™ is a 4 hour fire rated intumescent sealant developed and tested for use in a wide range of linear joints and service penetration fire-stopping applications in buildings. Used in combination with GRAFT™ FR BOARD (see page 10), it seals pipes and cable penetrations with market-leading fire ratings to reinstate the fire integrity of masonry, dry lining walls and concrete floors. The intumescent characteristic of the sealant closes the gap left by plastic pipes and cables as they burn away, whilst at the same time providing insulation and integrity against smoke and fire. FR PUTTY PADS GRAFT™ FR PUTTY PADS is a non-setting flexible intumescent pad Red The based on a silicone polymer with additional fire retardant ad-ditives. Putty Pad can be fitted inside or on the outside of the socket or switch box and in a fire they form a robust fire resistant char that prevents burn through at the location of electrical penetrations. Only 1 pad is required for each box and these can be any combination of internal/external fix to allow more flexibility when fixing drywall linings on second fix.

BACKER ROD GRAFT™ BACKER ROD is a closed cell polyethylene based material—inert product which is highly resistant to chemicals. Generally used for sealing gaps to prevent three-sided adhesion or to avoid sagging in wide, deep joints. Its fine closed cell cellular structure leads to an excellent barrier effect and a negligent water absorption . Graft backer rod can be pressed into the gap prior to sealing. Common applications include filling joints in curtain wall partitions, glazing, side-walks and masonry. • Compatible with all sealing materials. • Environment friendly: free of CFC, HCFC and chemical blowing agents. • 100% recyclable. • Lightweight, flexible material, easy to install.
