We aspire to reflect the attributes of this extraordinary individual through our accessible, highquality programme and we continue to work with a range of artists and national and international organisations, with mac birmingham remaining our key partner.”

“2011-12 reflects a more typical year for Sampad compared to our bumper anniversary year in 2010. Nonetheless we achieved a great deal in a year which also saw an unprecedented amount of sampad fundraising and planning for the Cultural Olympiad and London 2012 Festival. Additionally, we are championing the use of digital technology through the provision of practicebased training and participatory arts experiences, and continue to develop Sampad as an exemplar organisation for South Asian arts. My continuing gratitude goes to the staff team, Board and supporters of Sampad for their tremendous contribution.”
