This was a client set brief from a photography student at Sheffield Hallam university. The brief was to design a promotional leaflet and poster for a photography exhibition that she and a group of other students were holding. The deliverables include a poster at both A3 and A5 format. The concept derives from the exhibitions name F/11, which is an aperture setting on a camera. The image depicts the name in a pictorial way to aid the connotations of the exhibition in a subtle way. The end result of the poster is an organic, natural looking poster which suits the photographer’s image style. The pop of colour make the poster more eye catching. The stock choice was well considered and helps to draw attention to the main image.
