The Champion defines the projects, secures the resources and keeps the process moving. The Belts execute the project for the Champion and subsequently report to the Champion for the life of the project. Ultimately, the Champion is in a position to hold people accountable, remove barriers and resolve issues above or beyond the Yellow, Black or Green Belt levels of reach and authority.

With extensive experience in guiding very successful business transformations and the development of hundreds of exceptionally capable business professionals, John has developed a timely and innovative approach to operational excellence in today’s turbulent business and public service environment.
