The project is to renovate the building and add storey above the existing building. In first phase the site was visited, then measured. The measured site plan was then drawn in cad and cutout plan was made. I was involved in site visit, site measurement, drawing plan and making cut out plan of mechanical workshop. At first, the site was thoroughly visited to know about the site and the works that are needed to be done. Then the site was measured. I was involved in measuring Mechanical block with my colleague, which was later drafted. The mechanical block was drafted and the furniture and machines are placed on exact place as they are located in existing condition. The model was made of the mechanical block. The furnitures and machines were placed to show cutout plans.

• Enhance observation skilled.
• To measure part to whole and whole to part.
• Importance of layout and furniture included in the building.
• To make cutout plan which gives clients the better idea of the building.
