Opération Origine Origine constitue un ensemble qui vit avec la ville, son rythme, ses habitants et ses usagers. L’îlot, composé de 3 grands blocs aérés et volumétriquement distincts, s’ouvre sur le quartier et génère de nouvelles places urbaines. Afin de réconcilier durablement urbanité et naturalité, le projet mise sur une architecture bioclimatique, où le bâti, la nature et la création de biodiversité sont intimement imbriqués pour ne faire qu’un tout.
The project, Origine, forms a complex that exists with the city, its rhythm, inhabitants and visitors. A block composed of three large units, individually handled and volumetrically distinct, opens up towards the neighborhood, creating new urban spaces. In order to sustainably reconcile urban life with a natural approach, the project relies on bioclimatic architecture, where the buildings, nature and the creation of biodiversity are intimately interwoven to form a whole.

philosophie L’architecture de Maud Caubet est imprégnée de chlorophylle. L’élément naturel y est omniprésent, dans un double mouvement du sol à la lumière. S’illustrant dans sa volonté de restituer les liens avec la nature, elle replace l’humain au cœur d’un écosystème contemporain. Sa démarche pluridisciplinaire marie technologie, luxe et artisanat. De son expérience en aménagement d’intérieur, à la conception de bâtiments entiers, le fil rouge de son approche se fait rayon vert... Il donne corps à une architecture vivante et durable. Son approche se pose alors comme un acte de vie à la fois politique et poétique.
Maud Caubet’s architecture is soaked in chlorophyll. This natural element is omnipresent, from floor to ceiling and back again. Distinguishing itself in its desire to reconnect with nature, Caubet’s architecture returns the human to the heart of a contemporary ecosystem. Her multidisciplinary process marries technology, luxury and artisanal craftsmanship. From her experience in interior design to the creation of entire buildings, the common thread of her approach is a flash of green, giving body to a living and sustainable architecture. Her approach is thus set up like a living act both political and poetic.
Elle incarne la jeune garde des architectes français. Lauréate de plusieurs concours en France et en Europe, elle s’est initialement penchée sur des sujets peu aimés de l’architecture : des bâtiments délaissés dans des quartiers en pleine mutation. Elle y a fait ses gammes et continue à faire évoluer ce secteur pour le hisser vers une démarche contemporaine au diapason avec les questions essentielles du lien de l’Homme au travail et des mutations urbaines actuelles.
Maud Caubet incarnates the new wave of French architects. Winner of several competitions in France and Europe, she first focused on subjects often neglected in architecture: abandoned buildings in rapidly changing neighborhoods. Here, she practiced her scales and continues to develop this sector in order to elevate it towards a contemporary approach in tune with the essential questions related to working environments and current urban transformations.
Maud Caubet rassemble autour d’elle une équipe d’une quinzaine de personnes comprenant architectes, designers, graphistes, perspectivistes, tous impliqués dans les questions sociales, urbaines, formelles et fonctionnelles.

Architecte DPLG, c’est tout d’abord auprès des designers Andrée Putman et JeanMarie Massaud, que Maud Caubet a fait ses classes en Europe, aux États-Unis et en Asie. Elle y a développé un goût pour le bel ouvrage, un culte du détail et des textures. De sa formation à Paris, en Suède et à Barcelone mais aussi sa toute première expérience au Burkina Faso, il en émane un amour des grands espaces naturels comme urbains.
A licensed architect, Maud Caubet first got her start with the designers André Putman and Jean-Marie Massaud in Europe, the United States and Asia. There, she developed a taste for beautiful work, worshiping detail and textures. A love for large spaces both natural and urban, originated not only from her training in Paris, Sweden and Barcelona, but from her experiences in Burkina Faso as well.
Basée à Bruxelles, travaillant à Paris, elle appartient à cette génération vivant à l’heure 2.0. Impatiente, elle trouve un terrain d’expression dans l’architecture d’intérieur qui en 6 mois la plonge dans la réalisation. Pugnace, Maud Caubet prend le temps de développer des programmes pérennes qui déploient toutes leurs dimensions au long court. Elle revendique de travailler à toutes les échelles afin de relier les deux pôles de l’architecture entre micro et macrocosme pour contribuer à créer un écosystème sain.
Leaving in Brussels and working in Paris, she belongs to this generation living in the fast-paced digital world. Impatient, she finds a means of expression in interior architecture, which in 6 months’ time immerses her in the production phase. Pugnacious, Maud Caubet takes the time to develop lasting programs that deploy all their dimensions over the long term. She works in all scales so as to connect architecture’s micro and macrocosms in order to create a balanced ecosystem.
