OCP APPLICATION AIESEC in Morocco 15.16
National Leadership Development Seminar or simply NLDS is one of the biggest conferences organized by AIESEC in Morocco. Held in January, the conference serves as an opportunity to empower members and gain knowledge and practical Leadership skills. It is also the conference where the new President of AIESEC in Morocco is elected. New content, atmosphere, challenges, and unforgettable experiences delivered through the sessions, teambuilding activities, case studies, and practical workshops will facilitate the members and leaders process of learning and implementation.
OCP RESPONSIBILITIES • Link between CF and OC • Co-selecting OC Team • Weekly OC Meetings, tracking & reporting to CF • Set and execute action plan (Timeline, marketing, logistics, delegates servicing …) • Set & achieve goals with OC • Develop with the OC a final report • Ensure a proper team experience
