IR SUPPORT NST JD Open to both Internationals & Locals The IR Support Responsible for AIESEC in Greece will work to create, strengthen and manage the entity International Partnerships for the Global Citizen Programme

Main Responsibilities: -Creation, Management, tracking and firefighting partnerships -Creation and tracking of co-delivery plan -Analyze partnership projects & measure possible gaps -Set up match strategies with our suppliers based on PDM -Track & measure MA goals -Periodically meeting with Partners

PARTNERSHIP TALENT SCOUT & DELIVER SUPPORT NST JD

Open to Internationals and Locals

The Partnership Talent Scout and Deliverer Support will play crucial role in supporting improvement and management of Talent Processes of National Partners.

Main Responsibilities: - Work on the recruitment and delivery of national accounts (promotion, shortlisting, reporting, etc) - Manage content and planning for Partnership Delivery. - Deliver different projects in Process Improvement. -Ensure SnS implementation Talent scouting

Key Performance Indicators: # of Applications # of Approves Conversion rate from Applied to Approvals. 30 RE per Q Profile: - Solution and Detail Oriented - Account Management Skills - HR & Talent Sourcing skills - Communication and Marketing skills


B2B NST JD Open to LOCALS ONLY The B2B Support of AIESEC in Greece will work to create prolific content and produce various projects to expand AIESEC’s digital footprint in the local business sector Main Responsibilities: -Create online strategy for B2B and content on channels like LinkedIn, twitter etc. -Build and Manage Blog team to blog on a regular basis and create specific content -Collaborate with Incoming exchange functions, BD, and businesses to provide content relevant to their needs. -Drive consistent traffic to COP -Manage National Newsletter and oversee local Newsletters

B2C NST JD Open to LOCALS ONLY The B2C Support of AIESEC in Greece will be responsible to grow our followers , engage and help convert them into sign-ups,Leads and Active Fans and Promoters Main Responsibilities: -Manage and develop strategy for the company's social media profiles and presence including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram -Create Share-able content appropriate for the different channels -Run regular social promotions and track their success -Drive consistent traffic to OP and our website - Responsible for LEAD nurturing strategies on Email Marketing - Building and Managing small Blog team

I.COMM NST JD Open to Internationals & Locals

The I.COMM of AIESEC in GREECE is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the right messages through the right communication channels, in the right times, to LCs of different realities and thereby serving the desired culture, behaviors, and performance that will shape AIESEC in GREECE 16.17 Story. Main Responsibilities: Brainstorming and creating campaigns for MC/LC Alignment, Implementation & follow up on campaigns, Creation of Monthly Newsletter, Research & implementation of new comm. channels, Posting on social media groups, I.COMM Plan follow up & implementation.

IN-KIND SALES NST JD Open to LOCALS ONLY

The IN-KIND Support for AIESEC in Greece will work to secure necessary in-kind logistics for all conferences from prospective partners

Main Responsibilities: -Create Conference packages to attract In-kind sponsorships/ logistics for all conferences -Create a distribution plan of logistics for conferences -Support Conferences Managers in -Strategically cutting cost of conference hosting -Create sustainable partnerships for all conferences

YOUTH TALENT NST JD Open to LOCALS ONLY The Youth Talent Support for AIESEC in Greece will work to coordinate and track closely the recruitment process among all the LCs Main Responsibilities: -Track weekly the performance of LC Recruitment project managers -Implement the timeline of recruitment -Support in the standardization of the recruitment process; from promotion through to Induction
