Racial discrimination affects many children in classrooms, especially those who are minorities. 15% of children who experience racial discrimination usually have symptoms of many health disorders including depression, conduct disorder, and other mental illnesses. Discovering common interests and special talents create new friendships. By celebrating diversity and eliminating bullying in elementary schools, our children can grow up in a world without racial bias.
