Completed the entire set of asmodel from scratch, including d partition types, and updating all
Completed all drawings necessary for a Minor Variance Application, Site Plan Control Application, TRCA Review and a Retroactive Building Permit for Levels 1-3. Coordinated drawings and managed project strategies to meet or avoid necessary variances, site statistics, etc.
Created and administered all drawings for renovations throughout the building; completed site reviews of work in progress, and coordinated with contractors and trades-persons on site.
Complete design of Upper Basement space to include Private Offices, Resident | Desks, kitchen, meeting and board rooms, and new telephone rooms.

Iterative design and feasibility studies to maximize efficiency for Resident | desks and their semi-private space. Custom desks and organization systems were designed to ensure there was enough storage and space for any kind of work.

The Lower Basement space can support co-working needs during the day, and nearly any type of event, from weddings, to talks or film screenings, when needed.
