Branding
Concept:
A range of self promotional material that reflects Bradleys current practice, from his own likes, inspirations, methodology and finished projects. A selection of simple and honest components that act to support and reflect upon Bradley's work avoiding the traditional 'Hire me' theme of self promotion.

Research
The research undertaken for the project was really more of an evaluation of my clients work and practice. Ideas were drawn from both speaking to Bradley and looking at his current portfolio to understand a style that echoed his attitude towards design and his resolutions.

Branding
For Bradley’s branding elements I was asked to produce a logo, business card design, postal tube labels, letterhead and envelopes and a CV. I created a simple and minimalist logo that would be used across all of the brand components to keep consistency. Minimalism was favoured by Bradley as he prefers to work without over ornamentation and wanted his work to be his ‘noise’ and for this reason was looking for simplicity to allow this.

Development
The aesthetic particularly the materials and processed used are heavily influenced by Bradleys practice and end resolutions. Out of the logos developed the most minimalist combining the clients initials in one symbol was chosen as it was felt this well represented the clients practice, just as Bradley likes to create bespoke buildings with a sense of place and belonging, the logo works to act as an original mark. Three shades of colour plan were chosen in two different weights to use across the branding to visually embody Bradley's practice of differentiating materials in neutral colours across his work.

Creative CV
The CV design revolves around the interaction with Bradley’s information, and also being able to factor in all the details Bradley needs to communicate into separated clear sections. The CV design allows his prospective employees to move through the information from his business card, to his statement, technical information and then a mini portfolio. Bradley will be using his CV mostly as a mail shot and so the folds allow it to be small enough to fit into his envelopes with his letterhead for cover letters.
