Key Project Goals/Challenges • Meet ACJ milestones and requirements – Complete Design November 2010 – Commence Construction July 2011 – Commence Operation December 31, 2013 • Keep all CSO storage below grade – Allow reuse of parking lot above CSO Storage – High saline content of groundwater up to 80,000 mg/l – Comply with BMP’s for groundwater dewatering
