In More Detail Together with an easy flowing layout, the white walls and neutral decor of this two bedroom home create a calm and relaxing feel.

Living Room The warm tones of an engineered wood floor stretch out to a large sash, bay window which looks out onto the quiet tree-lined road. An open fireplace complete with elegant marble surround and tiled inserts creates a beautiful, eye-catching, focal point in a room that easily accommodates both seating and dining areas. Tall ceilings add to the sense of space while the white, geometric patterned, walls add a subtle, contemporary finishing touch.

Kitchen Well-proportioned, the separate kitchen offers an ample amount of wood worktops and stylishly trimmed cabinets. Light from a sash window bounces off the white metro tiles, highlighting a tall ceiling and there is plenty of room for a variety of freestanding appliances.

Master Bedroom A tall sash window beautifully lights the master bedroom. Soft, neutral carpets combine with crisp white walls to create a peaceful and reposeful feel, while full height, built-in cupboards provide a good amount of storage.

Second Room The second bedroom presents room for freestanding cabinets and wardrobes, while a refurbished, sash window offers views of the sea and the Brighton Wheel.

Bathroom Dark grey floor tiles balance with a large, stainless steel, towel radiator in the contemporary bathroom, and stylish wall tiles provide a sleek backdrop to the full sized bath and its overhead shower.

In The Local Area Located in the West Hill Conservation area Buckingham Road is within walking distance of the shops, bars and cafes of Seven Dials. What The Owner Says "As soon as we walked into the living room we knew we wanted to live here. When the sun starts to come in through the bay windows it's a fantastic spot to sit and work or watch the world go by. It's really quiet here, a great friendly area to live in. The local shop has been run by the same person for thirty years so it's got a lovely sense of community. We'll miss the location, the flat itself and also stopping off at the West Hill pub for a late drink on the way home."
