Seafield Cottage Seafield Road | Hove

Seller Insight When we first saw this cottage seven years ago, it was the feeling of light and airiness that gave us such a big wow. There’s always so much light flowing through which made it so easy for us to see how much potential there was. Now we’ve renovated it we love how it works for us as a family. It’s the centre of our family as it’s great for family celebrations and gettogethers because of the amount of space. We know how privileged we are to be in central Hove and have so much outdoor space and off-road parking. It’s lovely that any guests who come to visit don’t have to go to the bother of finding somewhere to park. With the seafront at one end of the road and the shops of George Street and Church Road at the other the location is fantastic, plus it’s only 15 minutes into the centre of Brighton. We’ve built up so many very special memories in this cottage, we’re really going to miss it. We’ve genuinely put our blood sweat and tears into it and it’s been fantastic to see its transformation. It’s going to be difficult to replicate this home and find that amount of light and space again.”
