Job Description: - Conduct
market research internally to all members of AIESEC Prasetiya Mulya and acquaintances. - Conduct external market research through Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, market activity, etc. - Plan and/or conduct sales calls (cold and warm) to companies under market research. - Plan and schedule a meeting with potential Traineeship Nominees.
Pre-Raising and Raising Manager Job Description: - Conduct
a meeting with potential Traineeship Nominee. - Prepare all the needs of a potential Traineeship Nominee. Follow up every sales pitch. - Conduct further follow up meetings with potential Traineeship Nominees until an MoU signing is done. - Raise the intern request form to the database (myaiesec.net or Global Information System). - E-mail potential interns regarding the internship opening.
Quality and Service Manager Job Description: - Conduct applicant’s first interview to gather information needed for TN (Traineeship Nominee). - Plan and conduct applicant’s second interview with the TN’s decision maker. - Provide the intern an orientation about Jakarta and Indonesia before their arrival. Also, provide TPM (Three Parties Meeting). - Conduct intern’s and TN’s evaluation. - Search for potential host family or intern buddies for the intern’s duration of stay.
Development Coordinator Job Description: - Support
all divisions by reminding deadlines on the settled backward planning. - Provide training and team building for newies and sems. - Formulate market expansion for ICX GIP rapid growth. - Formulate ways to oversell to current TN (Traineeship Nominee) (Client Sustainability). - Create partnership with AIESEC entities around the world when settled with TNs.
