My faith is my power
Deuteronomy 31:6
You have now learned that God is not only loving and powerful, but He is also trustworthy.
We have learned that “Do not be afraid” is written in the Bible 365 times. That’s a daily reminder from God that He’s got your back. He helps you and only wants what is best for you.
When Jesus walked on the water and Peter went out to Him, Jesus wanted Peter to be strong. Jesus wanted Peter to have faith in Him and not fear. Fear made Peter weak, and he started to sink. (Mathew 14:22-33).
Fear is there to keep you alive. It works like an internal warning, to alert you to danger. But you should not live in constant fear. Fear will make you weak, if you don’t shake it off.
Ask God to help you put your faith in Him:
