Scenic Discovery excursions offer rich insights and exploration of each destination. Our expert Discovery Team of naturalists, marine biologists, historians, geologists and expert local guides accompany guests and share their knowledge from their local experience, and in-depth research of the region. Cruise on the Zodiacs around ice formations, go on nature walks through the Arctic tundra, snorkel in the clear waters of the Caribbean and kayak along the Brazilian coast.

Scenic Enrich

Guests will enjoy unique and exclusively handcrafted encounters in the most spectacular surroundings with Scenic Enrich. They’ll go behind the scenes to enjoy private access to iconic locations that take them to the heart of a destination. Savor an exclusive classical concert from the Harpsody Orchestra, performed in the halls of the Oceanographic Museum, or witness the authentic flamenco ballet Production, Carmen.

Scenic Freechoice

A wide range of Scenic Freechoice activities are available to choose from, meticulously curated to cater to guest’s fitness levels and interests. Visit the medieval village of Eze, enjoy a cooking class with fresh du paize pasta, explore Boston by bike, or see the power of Iceland at the Dettifoss Waterfall. The Discovery Team are expert operators of the fleet of Zodiacs. On both Expedition and Discovery Voyages the team will guide guests on Zodiac excursions to the heart of the action.

When can guests pre-book Discovery Excursions?

Excursions can be organized with the Discovery Team once on board. Please attend the briefing to get more information. Some have limited numbers (such as kayaking 16 guests maximum per excursion) so guests need to book to avoid disappointment.

When can guests pre-book Scenic Freechoice excursions?

Guests have the chance to pre-select their Scenic Freechoice excursions prior to departure. Guests will receive notification when these become available within 6 moths from their departure date.

Will all watersports and experiences be available in all regions and on all itineraries?
