Paul (he/him) Teen Information Desk Assistant How long have you been working at the Schaumburg Library? In the teen department? I have worked at Schaumburg Library in the Teen Department for 8 years! What is your favorite book and/ or game to recommend? My favorite game to recommend is Project Zomboid. It is a sandbox-style zombie survival game on Steam that can be played alone or as multiplayer. You get to build, craft, explore, fight, farm and fish for everything you need to survive against the zombies.
What is a unique fact about yourself? I really love bird watching, and I recently started getting into growing vegetables and flowers. I also got an art portrait done by artist Gene Ha a few years ago at our Library’s Comic Con! What is a service within the Library that you want more teens to know about? The Library of Things has so many really cool things you would not normally think you could check out and take home. We have things like 3D printers, Raspberry Pi’s, mental health kits, camera and music recording kits, video game consoles and controllers and so much more! I recently borrowed a kit to transfer ancient family VHS home videos to digital!
