It provides us with another avenue of communication with them. Instead of physically telling a customer they need to hire us, they can view the report. It has much more merit because they’re given the information they need to make their own decisions. So, all around it’s a fantastic device.”
The reminders and follow-up provided by TraXtion™ make a big difference. Not every customer will buy on a particular day, so to avoid losing those customers, dealers can access a website where they can view their records and pull customer data from it to advertise directly to those customers.
