The Past Year
AHHA Industry Conference
It is important for us to contribute to the industry in which we participate. The Australian Home Heating Association, underwent a restructure this year, to better promote the interests of quality standards and responsible operation of wood heaters. Pictured with Glenn is Bruce Mogg at this year’s annual conference. Through various industry roles, including AHHA Board member, Bruce is a significant contributor to the sustainability of the wood heating industry, of which we all enjoy.

Education is the Best Investment
When did you last attend a training course, or invest in your personal growth? We all know that time in education is the most beneficial activity that we can individually undertake, and as a business make in our people. Glenn attended a Management course in the USA late last year, whilst also participating in financial and digital marketing short courses. What might you be able to undertake this year, either large or small, to challenge yourself?

We have also enjoyed sales success in the USA recently with new territories learning about SmartBurn through infomercial style television. We are delighted to be able to bring the benefits of SmartBurn and make this environmental contribution in the USA.
Retail Store Partners
Every year Glenn has the pleasure of visiting as many as practical of our nearly 1,200 strong retail network across all regions. We rely on our stores to effectively display and promote the benefits of our product, and in store training is the best way to offer support.
Friendships formed with small business owners and store manages alike, as well as the thousands of retail staff and familiar faces are greatly appreciated. Look out for the SmartBurn display box on the counter of your local store.
