Add a spoonful of raw honey ease symptoms of the common cold and other ailments. 2) Citrus fruits are rich in multiple nutrients such as vitamin C, flavonoids, and fibre which give vascular protection, reduce inflammation, improve gastrointestinal function and can not only help
with preventing colds, but can also decrease the duration of symptoms if you do fall ill.
