Board Briefs JANUARY • Ratified the emergency purchase of a new maintenance truck. • Reviewed the 108th drainage easement matter and instructed staff to hire an engineer to make recommendations to correct the flow. • Reviewed architectural appeals and fine waiver requests from various homeowners. • Assigned community outreach review to the Communications Committee. FEBRUARY • Letter to be sent to the owner of The Mercado regarding the over night camping activity. • 2019 audit report was accepted as presented by Butler Hansen CPAs, no adjusting journal entries were necessary. • Authorized the purchase of surety bonds for investment purposes. • Portable restroom language adopted into the Architectural Guidelines. • The creation a new marketing video was approved.
