Costume Closet

The Costume Closet, operated by the SCOV Variety Theatre Club, is available to all residents. This month it will be open on Wednesday, April 12, 9-10 AM, and Monday, April 17, 3-4 PM. This is a free service, but donations are welcome to help with repair and cleaning. Enter the Costume Closet by going through the Loan Room. Call or text Kate Cusumano 520-437-2074.

Fruit Tree Gleaning

The Sun City gleaners are looking for more fruit trees to pick and more pickers to pick them. If your trees are loaded with fruit and you just can’t eat it all; or if you would like to have fun picking and distributing it to our community and the food bank, call Joan Partridge 505-920-7005. Later, we may move on to mesquite (to make muffin flour), pomegranates and figs. More ideas are welcome.

Great Views

For Friends of the Library members, Garry Buck presents Great Views Monday, April 3, 10 AM, Catalina Vista. Reviews of unique independent and foreign films on DVD that the SCOV Library has just added to the collection. Pick up your free ticket at the Library. Not a member? Please join today.
