The UK has one of the largest economies in the world. It consists of micro, small, medium and large businesses across the public, private and voluntary sector and employs a staggering 29.7 million people.

Our business and accounting courses will give you the opportunity to study a whole range of business functions ranging from marketing to human resources. You will be able to gain valuable industry placements with local employers such as East Sussex County Council, learn from reallife business case studies and get the chance to travel abroad to see how international businesses operate.

Our tutors are highly professional and ensure their teaching is always up to date. They have terrific business acumen and have studied and specialised in a number of areas, including finance and leadership.

T-LEVEL

Accounting

Level 3

Duration: 2 Years

During the two-year programme, you will learn the core knowledge that underpins the accounting industry, and they will develop occupationally specific skills that will allow them to enter skilled employment within a specific occupation. The T-Level programmes have been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares you for work. They provide the knowledge and experience needed to open the door to highly skilled employment, an Apprenticeship, or higher-level study, including university.

What previous qualifications or experience do I need?

Five GCSEs grade 4-9 including English Language and/or Maths at grade 5. Subject specific entry criteria may also apply.

Business

Level 2

Duration: 1 Year

During this one-year course, we will give you an intriguing look at the world of business. You will learn about business functions within an organisation, understand business operations, and develop your business skills in teamwork and project management.

What previous qualifications or experience do I need?

Four GCSEs grade 3-9 including Maths and/or English, or completion of the Level 1 course.

Event Management & Customer Care

Level 2

Duration: 1 Year

During this qualification you will learn how to deliver excellence through customer service with a focus on the travel, tourism and hospitality industries. Alongside, you will gain the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to plan and manage an event.

What previous qualifications or experience do I need?

Four GCSEs grade 3-9 including Maths and/or English, or completion of the Level 1 course.

T-LEVEL Management & Administration

Level 3

Duration: 2 Years

This T-Level in Management and Administration allows you to gain an understanding of what is needed to work within an administrative or managerial role. Topics covered include business context, people, quality compliance, project, and change management. This qualification is aimed at those who wish to work in any sector within an administrative or managerial role.

What previous qualifications or experience do I need?

Five GCSEs grade 4-9 including English Language and/or Maths at grade 5. Subject specific entry criteria may also apply.
