Can’t make up your mind?

If you can’t decide on a course, don’t panic. Apply for your first choice, and if after your interview you want to apply for another course, we can add this to your application and arrange another interview.

Interviews:

If we have all the information we need on your application form, we will invite you to an interview. The sooner you submit your application, the sooner you’ll receive an interview. You will receive a letter/ email telling you what you will need to bring with you on your allocated day and time.

Interviews will commence in December, and interview sessions will take place regularly throughout the year. The interview is a good opportunity to find out more about your chosen subject(s) and will give you more information and make sure you are considering the right course for your future. Your parents /carers are welcome to come with you.

Offers:

After your interview, you will be given written confirmation of your offer and the exam grades (or other requirements) you need to secure your place. Once you have an offer, you will continue to receive information about starting college and your journey to an exciting future will begin.

You will be invited to attend enrolment in late August - this is when you officially become an East Sussex College student! You will need to bring in your exam results and we’ll contact you to tell you exactly when you start your course.

Course Cancellations:

In the unlikely event that your course is cancelled, we will do our best to find you an alternative course to help you succeed in your career ambitions. Where possible, any payments towards the cost of your course can be transferred to your new course. Any refunds will be credited by bank transfer (BACS) to your bank account.
