The Beach Club Seabrook Island’s fantastic Beach Club tempts you to linger with al fresco, pavilion-style dining, shimmering turquoise pools, and plenty of comfortable options for basking in the warmth of the sun. This is the destination for summer fun for the entire family.
Pelican’s Nest Enjoy elevated beach fare at the ocean’s edge. Dolphin sightings and spectacular sunsets frequently enhance this unique coastal dining experience.
Osprey Café The Osprey Café serves coffee, breakfast pastries, bottled beverages, “grab-n-go” salads and sandwiches, made-to-order items, and ice cream treats.
Cap’n Sams’ Grill This casual grill is located pool-front at the Beach Club! The small grill menu is accompanied with a full bar complete with draught beer.
Ocean Terrace The Ocean Terrace is a Members only area that can be accessed using only a Member Card. The Ocean Terrace includes an air conditioned seating area, self-serving “Pour My” wall, including beer, wine, and cocktails, a luxury water dispenser, private beach area, patio, and restrooms. Throughout the year, the Ocean Terrace hosts multiple Members only events, such as Sunset Parties and Oyster Roasts.

Pools Two oceanfront pools offer stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and feature expansive, magnificently landscaped sunbathing decks. The beauty of this unparalleled coastal retreat earned its reputation as the perfect spot to take in the best sunsets in the Carolinas. The pools may be accessed through Club Amenity Cards only by Members and their personal guests with complementary towels available.

The Palmetto Room’s vaulted ceilings, soft-toned interior, and richly stained booths and tables offer a comfortable and cheery atmosphere. Small groups and large families may choose to reserve the Ashley Room with its cozy fireplace for a more intimate, private experience. The Seaview Terrace serves up a gorgeous vista of the water’s edge with passing boats, gliding

Bohicket Lounge This recently renovated relaxed pub-style dining is located on the back side of the Island House overlooking the golf range and putting greens. Bohicket Lounge is the perfect place for Members and their personal guests to socialize after a round of golf, or to join family and friends for lunch, happy hour, or dinner, sporting event watch parties, and live music.

Golf Veranda The Golf Veranda at the Island House features shade umbrellas in warm weather, and heaters and fire pits when the temperatures drop. It offers a lovely view and lively conversation yearround. Enjoy this beautiful outdoor venue with the new self-serve, “Pour My” wall including beer, wine, and cocktails. Seabrook Island is renowned for our two award winning golf courses, Crooked Oaks, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., and Ocean Winds, designed by Willard Byrd. Both courses wind through spectacular views of the marsh, and maritime forest surroundings, and Ocean Winds has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Private and group instruction are available from PGA professionals. Junior sessions are available and U.S. Kids Courses are set up on both courses. The Seabrook Island Racquet Club features state-ofthe-art facilities with 15 Har-Tru tennis courts, two pickleball courts, and a balance of year-round social, instructional, and competitive choices for all levels of racquet enthusiasts. Lessons and clinics are available, as well as lighted courts for evening play. To elevate our Member experience, the Racquet Club is currently undergoing renovations. Construction began on the landscape, hardscape, and Pro Shop renovations. Completed in July, the new irrigation system, walkways, greenery (trees, shrubs, and grasses), and outdoor seating gave the Racquet Club a refreshed and updated look for Members to enjoy while playing racquet sports or socializing. The significantly renovated Pro-Shop provides Members with a place to gather before and after play and a place to enjoy a beer, wine, or nonalcoholic beverage if desired. The expansion continues as we build five new pickleball courts, additional bathrooms by tennis courts 11 through 14, a redesign of the parking lot with permeable materials, and a designated LSV parking in the facility.

Equestrian Center Seabrook Island is the only private island community in the Charleston area offering a full-service equestrian center. The expansive 22-acre facility provides a rarified existence for dozens of beautiful horses that residents ride year-round. Forty-two stalls, miles of trails, and an experienced, dedicated staff ensure a world-class experience, not only for equine residents but also their owners and guests. Our expert team caters to riders of all skill levels with guided beach and trail rides, pony rides, and lessons for all ages. It features state-of-theart equipment, exercise classes, massage therapy, personal trainers, two sparkling pools — one indoor, one outdoor — an extensive aquatics program, and a variety of educational and sports programs. Prepaid Gratuity / Service Fee Members who reside within the 29455 zip code have a fixed monthly service fee of $52. Members who reside outside the 29455 zip code have a $20 per month service fee. The service fee is not applicable to Homesite Memberships. These memberships will see a 20% service fee on all food and beverage receipts.
Long-Term Tenant Benefits Designed for those renting a home or villa in the town of Seabrook Island. The property must be covered by a Club membership. Terms available are from 3 months to 1 year for tenant(s) on a one-time per year basis. Long-term tenant members have use of the facilities at the Neighborhood, Racquet Sports, or Golf level. The nonrefundable application fees are $1250 per quarter for the Neighborhood membership, $2,500 per quarter for Racquet Sports and $3500 per quarter for the Golf membership plus pro-rated dues and applicable fees.
