Santa’s Sleigh Routes

Father Christmas and his elves will be visiting different areas of Seaford during December evenings as well as appearing in Broad Street on Saturday mornings and Christmas Eve.

They look forward to seeing you on their journeys around the streets of Seaford. This is provided that the Government does not impose restrictions similar to those imposed last year that prevented Santa visiting Seaford. The Christmas Sleigh 2021 will be on the following routes in December between 5.15pm and 8pm (Full details of the routes are available at www.seafordrotary.org.uk): Wednesday 1st Stirling Ave, Ash Drive, Badgers Copse, Tudor Manor Gardens, Chyngton Gardens, Farm Close, Chesterton Drive, Manor Rd North, Stoke Manor Close. Thursday 2nd St Wilfred’s Place, Hazeldene, Manor Road South, Micklefield Way, Kingston Estate, Fairways Estate. Friday 3rd Links Road, Chyngton Road (West), Rother Road, Bracken Road, Chyngton Road (East), Lullington Close, Chyngton Way, South Way, Cuckmere Road (West), Arundel Road (South), Green Walk. Saturday 4th Broad Street:10am – 1pm. Monday 6th Wilkinson Way, Kedale Road, Grosvenor Road, Salisbury Road, Chichester Road, Brooklyn Road, Clinton Lane, Stafford Road, East Albany Road, Grove Rd. Tuesday 7th Hawth Park Estate, Tide Mills Way, Buckle Drive, Buckle Rise, Claremont Road, Albany Road, Connaught Road, Edinburgh Road. Wednesday 8th Hill Rise, Princess Drive, Clementine Avenue, Dukes Close, Churchill Road, Katherine Way, Grand Avenue, Crown Hill, Duchess Drive, Royal Drive. Thursday 9th Steyne Road, St Johns Road, Mallet Close, Ringmer Road, Bramber Road, Ashurst Road, Fitzgerald Avenue, Chyngton Road (West), Southdown Road (South), Corsica Road, Cricketfield Road, Marine Cresc. Friday 10th Surrey Road, Jevington Drive, Kingsway, Beacon Road, Tudor Close, Beacon Drive, Beacon Close, Victor Close, Carlton Road, Westdown Road. Saturday 11th Broad Street:10am – 1pm. Monday 20th Hillside Ave, Millberg Road, Saltwood Road, Chyngton Avenue, Walmer Road, Bodiam Close, Hythe Crescent, Cinque Ports Way, Deal Avenue, Hastings Avenue. Tuesday 21st Lower Drive, Belgrave Crescent, North Way, The Ridings, Lucinda Way, The Holt, St Peters Road. Wednesday 22nd Lexden Drive, Barn Rise, Queensway, Maple Fields, Barn Close, Coxwell Close, Raymond Cls. Thursday 23rd Upper Sherwood Road, Lexden Road, Quarry Lane, Cradle Hill Rd, Valley Dr, Normansal Park. Friday 24th Broad Street:10am – 1pm. It may be necessary for families to queue to see Santa rather than crowding around the sleigh. We ask parents to consider social distancing when their children are waiting to see Santa. Unfortunately, children will not be allowed to climb onto the sleigh. Seaford Rotary will be using a tracker App so that the public can determine the location of the sleigh and hence follow Santa’s journey along his route each evening.
