GOLF
To the Club at Sea Palms membership,
We have had a fun year so far, and we are looking forward to a great Fall golf season. Fall in South Georgia is one of the best times of the year to play golf, and it is even better on the coast! The weather is usually cooler and dryer, which is much more pleasant than 95 degrees and 100% humidity, which we experienced this summer. We have had many great events and fun golf memories made so far this year. From Hole in ones to career-low rounds. We have also had our fair set of challenges along the way, but we are optimistic about the future, with many great things in the works for The Club at Sea Palms.
Guests of the club are often blown away by the condition of the golf course. A round at our club normally exceeds their expectations. We want to provide our membership with a great experience each time you play. That is going to continue to be our goal, as we are all very proud of our club that continues to grow. Golf is a game that is meant to be fun. I often play my best when I lower the expectations for my own game and get lost in the round. If you have anything that you are struggling with in your game, then please reach out to us. We have golf professionals on staff who can help! We are blessed with The Miracle, which is an excellent place to practice. If you spend more time hitting shots inside of 120, I guarantee your scores will go down. Jason, Michael, and I would be happy to help you with your game. It has almost been a year since I arrived at Sea Palms, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I have enjoyed getting to know all of you, and I look forward to the many new relationships that are still to be formed.

FOOD&BEVERAGE
MEETOURNEWDIRECTOROFFOOD&BEVERAGE
Hello, my favorite members, You have no idea how happy I am to be here at Sea Palms Resort, it was a dream that came true. I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for the overwhelming hospitality, and encouragement I receive every time I meet you. I am excited about the future of the club and the work ahead to transform Sago into a destination, not an amenity.
I am very blessed to be surrounded by great talented teams, that will allow us to create great memories and deliver consistent exceptional service teamed with delicious food.
I had the opportunity to speak with some of you and hear some of your concerns. Constructive feedback is a big part of the ongoing process of transforming from good to great. I love it and I take it to heart because I love what I do and I think that Food and Beverage is happiness. You are happy when you eat or drink what you like and enjoy it. We learn from the feedback positive or negative, because without feedback, we can’t get better.
Every Wednesday throughout the month of October I will be at Sago from 5-9 p.m. to get to meet you all and have the pleasure to know you. We also have a promotion ready for you once you get there.
We have some great and exciting news about Thanksgiving Brunch coming up! To give you an idea, some of the items include the Pilgrim’s table with slow-roas trimmings, the Carvery table that includes Prime Rib, a Seafood table, deserts, and a kids station. We also will be offering Thanksgiving takeout as well at special prices.
Chef Deke prepared an exquisite menu for the upcoming Chef’s Table that I can’t wait to try. With the fall season knocking on the door, look forward to some exciting menu changes.
Till next time we meet, I send you all the warmest regards.
