OUR HISTORY Westbourne is a boutique building company concentrating solely in the muti storey residential apartment market and specialising in projects ranging in value between $50 and $300 million. We have a reputation for on schedule and on budget completion together with a comprehensive after sales service delivering a seamless transition to new owners and occupiers. Our team have worked on a variety of projects over the past 20 years and have been awarded a significant number of industry awards including the Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Awards in 2002, 2015, 2016, the Urban Taskforce Award for Adaptive Re-Use Development in 2016 and the Urban Taskforce Award for Mixed Use Development in 2018.

In 2019, “Uno by Bridgehill” won 6 awards at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019-20, the most acclaimed industry award body throughout the Asia Pacific region. Westbourne have regularly been recognised for their construction professionalism not only through awards but via feedback from purchasers, clients, agents and various industry professionals, all consistently remarking our product is amongst the best in the industry. Westbourne are FSC accredited meaning our clients, staff, and sub-contractors can be confident that Westbourne is dedicated to maintaining the highest possible standard of safety across our projects. While having a robust safety and environmental plan or system is essential, equally vital are the individuals responsible for driving its implementation and cultivating a culture of safety within the team and on-site. Our site leadership teams work closely with clients and delivery partners, to ensure that Westbourne consistently maintains a secure work environment, free from risks to workers, the community, and the environment.

We are acutely aware of key stakeholder’s expectations for timely resolution of any post construction issue. Speedy Attendance: Time is of the essence when it comes to defect resolution. Our team is dedicated to timely attendance and resolution, minimising downtime, and avoiding potential escalation. Effective Communication: Clear and transparent communication is vital to the success of defect management. We encourage open channels of communication between occupants, subcontractors, builders, and clients, fostering effective collaboration.
