Our team is excited to announce that we have been awarded the construction contract for Lumia, Stage 3 of The Orchards Masterplan, and the opportunity to continue collaborating with Sekisui House. Designed by Turner Studio Architects, Lumia boasts location, amenity, style, and quality in a world-class development. It is Growthbuilt’s commitment to continually add value to Sekisui House’s portfolio, vision, and their outstanding reputation as benchmark luxury residential developers. With the great collaboration and journey thus far with Stage 2, Aire, we will deliver and maintain this great momentum into Lumia, Stage 3 of The Orchards Masterplan.

Growthbuilt is committed to delivering defectfree handovers through careful planning, clear communication, and rigorous inspection and monitoring. Testing, commissioning, and defect management procedures are outlined in the project-specific Completion and Handover Plan.

Quality Management At Growthbuilt we understand the success of a project for a client is not complete until it is successfully handed over to the purchasers, operators or JV partner. Growth built will meet with the Principal six months before project completion to determine the apartments, hotel rooms, and overall project handover plan.

Environmental Impact from our Operations A project’s Environmental Management Plan is developed at the beginning of the project to assess and manage the environmental impact. Using an Environmental Aspects and Impacts Register, the document identifies and documents all project-specific environmental management requirements. Our Environmental Management System (EMS) is in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 14001. We ensure that all Growthbuilt activities performed are compliant with environmental legislation and regulations by conducting regular third-party audits of the Environmental Management System.

Green Responsibility At Growthbuilt, we believe our responsibility to the environment is to be influencers in sustainable design and work proactively to minimise the environmental impact of our operations. Influencing Sustainable Design As a Green Building Council of Australia member, our employees are Green Star Accredited Professionals committed to making environmentally sustainable design choices. We work with our clients, consultants, and subcontractors early on to deliver environmentally sustainable buildings. Our teams proactively assess the buildings’ entire lifecycle and collaborate to develop design, material and purchasing choices to minimise environmental impacts.
